Health

There are lots of ways to improve your fitness without having to join a gym. Joining a local sports team is a great way to spend your spare time and keep fit. You also get to meet lots of new people.

Safety

Employers have legal obligations to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. As an employee, you have rights, and you have responsibilities for your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues

My personal welbeing is to keep my flat tidy and to pay my bills

To eat healthy and don,t leave leads laying about.

Personal Responsibilities

Health

When you do not take responsibility for you health and fitness, you rob yourself of the majority of your power over your health and fitness.

Happiness

I must take responsibility for myself and my own actions,

to know that my own happiness rests upon my shoulders

and no one else

Prosperity

Prosperity is the state of flourishing, thriving, success, or good fortune. Prosperity often encompasses wealth but also includes others factors which are independent of wealth to varying degrees, such as happiness and health.

Michael: my responsibility is to make sure you eat properly and to drink properly. To be clean and be healthy for my life.

Katie: my responsibility is to do things well and to be fit.

COMMUNICATION TASKS.

THIS morning my friend & myself have been working on the laptop together & we have have not hardly asked for much help at all as I wan't to show my staff how intependentI had been all the morning, with out much help at all , and also and we are feeling very pleased with our selfes.

Around town

We went around town delivery IP1 magazines.
We thought it was a bit difficult because there was a lorry parked on the pavement. The pavements were uneven and there was a lamppost in the middle of the pavement. This is made it difficult for wheelchair users.
We found near Sainsbury's the pavement was very narrow and uneven.

It started snowing really heavy so we never got to finish the delivery. It was nice to get back to Papworth in the warm for tea and biscuits.
